Blurb :

Is your mind under your control?Dakshesh, an old man in Sirubari village suffering from cancer, wishes to be released from excruciating pain. His journey takes him to the three monks, known for miraculous healing and life transformation. He discovers they are no saints, but hardened criminals. The three monks – Rizwan, Murli, Joseph – narrate stories of unprecedented savagery that would make even the most cold-hearted criminals look down with shame.

The dark stories of the three monks leave Dakshesh gasping, but there is something about their dishonourable lives that relieves Dakshesh from his pain.

Review :

The Title “Demons in My Mind: When Mind Becomes Your Biggest Enemy” totally justifies the plot of the Novel. Talking about the cover, I found it very creative and unique. Cover seems very simple yet depicts the plot very well. But I feel the blurb could have been better. The Blurb fails to express how dark the book actually is.

First thing I would like to say is that this novel has been written very well. The novel has a number of verses and quotes that are used very well with the context of the plot and the concept on which the book is written. The author has created nothing less than a creative masterpiece.
The quotes have been used very well with the main story. The presentation is good but could have been better as there was too much use of creativity which made the plot lose its main essence. The stories of the first and third monk were amazing but i felt the story of the second monk
had totally lost its essence as the author focused only on words rather than the actual story. The story takes a dark turn where we read the dark past of each of these monks. This Novel truly depicts the struggle between the evilness of the mind and the divine soul. But the vocabulary is way too complex for a normal reader. The plot also have a lot of facts and situations that most of the readers might not be aware of.

The whole plot looks very simple but it is not. The plot is well written and it grips the reader instantly throughout. The characters are very well narrated and while reading, the reader can actually visualize the characters and feel their pain.
