“Detailed observations of human behaviour and the complexity of human relationships…” – The Hindu
It is a sultry summer afternoon and a police officer in plain clothes, carrying a gun, is waiting for Dibakar Roy to leave a bank. The sights and sounds keep transporting the officer to another time in another city, to an evening that changed his life forever when he was a child of twelve. Is his hunt going to end today?
Final Rating: 4.5/5
The cover is very beautifully designed. It’s so simple yet so lovely. It has that revenge feel.
The Title “The Hunt” despite being thought provoking was quite unique in itself.
The Blurb gives a quick note about what the story is based on, but doesn’t take away the surprise element.
The story was gripping throughout from the beginning till the end. The Characters were well written. The plot was exceptional and I loved the way the story being written.
The story is about a child who lost his parents very young. He made a comeback after 15 years and planned everything to hunt down his parents’ murderer.
