Book Review

BOOK REVIEW: 21st Century Buddha By Shreyans Kanswa

Cover: 4/5
Title: 3.5/5
Blurb: 4/5
Presentation: 4/5
Story: 4/5

Final Rating: 4/5

The cover and the title of the book is really beautiful, eye catchy but I couldn’t relate it to the story.

The Blurb is really interesting and intriguing. The mention of the Murder of a Lady by her Husband in front of someone who is trying to commit suicide is really horrifying.

This book was beyond what I expectated from the book. The story revolves around the protagonist Gautam Sharma, who is just 24 years old and thinking about suicide. But couldn’t actually gather the courage to jump off the Building.

The plot is framed interestingly and very well narrated by the author. The language used by the author is quite simple.

The characters were very well described and real. Its a page turner. Some lines, and the poetry in the beginning of the Chapters added to the overall experience of the novel.

To be honest, The flow of the book is little clumpsy but once you are in the story, you will be thrilled with the experience.

Overall, an amazing read.
